Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IWS1123 manufactured by Nematron and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nematron Brand IC63A1J8310361 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kone such as KM781380G01 equipment made by Kone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kone" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC74F6PB31A400 made by Nematron as well as the popular K3NXVD1AB4 original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC752WBB205DB by Ge and KM781380G01 spares by Kone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
